Orders will generally be dispatched within one working day of receiving the order. All orders need to be signed for, so please provide an address where someone is available.
Due to the ‘organic’ nature of pearls, small variations in the natural colour or dye lot colour, if applicable, and small size differences are inevitable.
UK ORDERS
Orders under £75 will be sent by recorded delivery at £2.75, unless otherwise requested. The maximum compensation from the Royal Mail for this type of delivery is £36.
Orders of greater than £75 will be sent Special Delivery Next Day at £4.95. There is an included compensation of £500, though additional increments can be purchased.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
The postage will be based on the weight of your order. We can inform you of the cost of your postage by email after receiving your order.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item you have requested is out of stock, we will send the order incomplete, unless you specify otherwise.
